My Response

The tool pack you purchased was not an Ev3resTools product. Merify was (is)  owned by Dicey. You're making a report against the account Ev3resTools. Merify was kept separate from Ev3resTools ever since it's creation. Yes, I did work with Merify and help with the coding and such, but I was never an owner of the project similar to how dicey was never an owner of Ev3resTools Project. We were friends and just helped each other out.


Dicey's Reply After Reaching Out 

Merify was never sold on this forum or any other, only Ev3res Tools. Merify is my project and Ev3res only helped with it. As per my announcement

"Merify - The End When i first made merify (Monarchy) i said if the project gets leaked (not by me ofc) i will delete this project Turns out yoboi leaked merify no auth and im doing as i said. Yall can keep your licenses but this server will be deleted in few hours. Merify projecy existed 8+ months 8+ months of updates. Hopefully you enjoyed my tools and soon i might make more tools. yoboi leaked merify and SliceAIO for no reason, all i did was making paypal checker for 25$, ive always tries avoiding talking to him, i don’t know how we got in here. Ev3res tried to solve it with yoboi and disabled the paypal checker sales but yoboi still has ego and decided to leak it. Anyways not recommended buying tools off yoboi, one of the most untrusted devs in this community but its already done so I can’t do anything other than warning yall. Thx everyone, merify team" 

I've always maintained in my TOS that if the projects were to be leaked, I would close them. Merify's TOS shall apply here as it was never sold on forum so it has no obligation to obide by the rules and regulations of this forum in regards to the rule that goes on about seller's TOS not applying in reports. Merify has been open for close to nine months at this point. I cannot continue it forever, especially after being leaked by YoBoi. 


If the user making this report has purchased a Merify package after the leak, ( even though I announced sales were closed) , I am willing to give him a refund even if I am not obligated to do so.

Well if the project got leaked that's your fault not customers.. Also the checker is not working at all and that's a big disappointment. I dont care abt my money but other people lost some money on a tool that no longer works even it should work..

Sir, have you even read what I've said? I do not own the project he is having issues with. This user is reporting this account because dicey does not have an account, so he is targeting me now. I've only helped dicey with his project as he was my close friend, I am not responsible for his actions.

"As I said before, this scam report is invalid since Ev3resTools has nothing to do with Merify (Monarchy). Merify (Monarchy) Project is owned by myself. Ev3res only joined the project after the 0.7 Version as a developer as he was a close friend. The person who opened this scam report did not buy Merify after it got leaked, I am not obligated to offer him anything. His last login date under his name was on the 07-30. All members were warned to not buy anymore as we closed sales one day before the leak as I saw YoBoi and patched.to working together to bypass Merify authentication"
