Scam report against Florain | 10$ +

Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 11,2 $ for RDP, BUT ALSO ALL LOST FILES.
Screenshots of Communication: Barely any since he removed me from his discord group when I contacted him about his mistake.
 
Additional Information: I purchased an RDP back in November or something. All fine till December. Half December I paid for RDP for januari. But 25 December I get an email if I don’t pay my RDP will be terminated. I already paid so this made no sense. I went only to my RDP and even there it stated PAID. I contact Florain and his support but get no response for 2 days. My server got terminated with all files on it completely by his mistake. Instead of helping me Florain decides to remove me from his discord group. After 5 days I finally get response on my email ticket. They give me a new RDP while I ask for a refund. 1 day later even the new RDP got terminated again -.-

Why 2 people liking his response that doesn't even make sense?
This man didn't even read what I opened the scam report for :/

"Contact the support team properly via a website ticket or discord ticket. If your payment was detected, you get what you paid for."

you still believe you got scammed, then you are just stupid.

Now just refund me for my lost files + time waste + RDP.
Your service + customer support is garbage. Calling me stupid after your mistakes.

My toxic behavior? You are calling me stupid and blaming everything on me. 

Please look in the mirror, you closed my ticket, banned me from discord and because of the slow reply's I lost all my files. I tried multiple ways to get support but didn't get anywhere. Then I open a scam report to get this sorted and you start calling me dumb :/

I don't want your service anymore and I think the admins can understand that. 
Just give me a refund, I already changed to another RDP provider. 
Then we can both leave this behind.

@D E A D L Y Sorry but your imput brings nothing here, as you can see in my situation he didn't do anything or didn't even try anything to resolve my ticket. Glad he helped you super good! but for me that wasn't the case. Instead he banned me from his discord,  email support didn't work aswell and then start calling me names.

@Florain stop being a cunt, admit your service to me was bad and just refund me. It's super logic that after waiting more then 8 days now for replacement and help I changed to another provider already. You should be ashamed for your service quality and try to fix the problems you make immediately 

@staff can one of you guys please reply so we can get over this. I don't want his service anymore. (which seems logic to me).

And this ticket is not for getting @florain banned or anything. But since he banned me on discord, his email support didn't bring me nowhere this was the only way possible for me to get his attention.
