Additional Information: I paid this boxer to do ftid for my labels. Labels all went lost and didn`t arrive. the boxer is doing shitty work. my method doesn´t work if the ftid is lost and not delivered. The agreement was clearly FTID and not lit or anything else.
he doesn`t want to refund me and want to redrop the labels again with is now useless for me.

I indicated the terms of my service, this guy ignored them and is now crying!
This guy didn't tell me what kind of Ftid he wants and is crying here now!
Lost in Transit is an expensive type of service and other clients pay me +5 euros to make LIT (i made a free lit for this boy)
This guy doesn't know how to make refunds and doesn't know what SE is, so he's crying now.
I always agree to resend the client's package if the client asks me to!
But this guy doesn't know what SE is and immediately started insulting me and calling me a bad boxer!
I advise this guy to learn how to communicate with people!
I do not like conflicts and can always resend his packet, I indicated this in my conditions (TOS)

Bottom line: this boy wants attention, he doesn't know how to do SE and is now confused and he needs to blame someone for his inability!

TOS
1. I cannot be held responsible if your SE or refund is unsuccessful.
2. I cannot be held responsible if your package is lost in transit.
3. I try to send the package within 24 hours. Most often this happens earlier.
4. If your package was stopped by the carrier for inspection or if your package was lost / stuck / damaged on the way - I can re-send this package for 3 euros !!!
5. If the package has been sent, but the track number has not been updated within 4-5 days, I will resend it at no additional charge.
6. I cannot be held responsible if your package is re-marked by the courier service or discovered by someone, resulting in failure.
7. I cannot be held responsible for the package when it is in transit!

So you are clearly saying that you did LIT even though I hired you to do FTID!!

It was not the first time we work together and all the previous times where ftid and I didn't asked for LIT
If I wanted LIT then I would ask for it
My method does not work with LIT!

It's like when you order tea and get coffee instead then you won't pay for the coffee of course

And of course I know how to SE. I did many stores which everyone says it's difficult or impossible
