The email was changed by someone with access to payment method used which I didn't have as megaflix was the one upgrading my account.

Moreover the plan had been cancelled before the email.
I even asked him for payment method to receive back this account but he didn't give it to me.

who know user emails access password ?? only user can access his emails ...yes i have upgraded your Netflix but if some one or if you changed Netflix emails then there is nothing to do ....

MEGAFLIX offered me replace but it's very long after the fact and I prefer refund. I will let staff decide.

I did not said i will refund and you have changed the Netflix emails and said some one changed the Netflix emails  its not my responsibility if some changed Netflix emails and i will replace/refund  so there no point refund or replace but as i feel sad then offered replace ..thats all...
