Additional Information: He only replied that he was already working on it, but then he didn't get back to me or provide any information. Neither he nor his support team are responding. I wrote a review stating that I didn't receive the product, but he deleted it. It's a scam. Deleting negative feedbacks. Tried to contact him several times on his website but too got only ignored by him. I saw many people on this forum are in the same trouble like I am. (If somebody needs more evidence feel free to contact me)
