Just want to say, I'm not mad at him or something. We just cant finish this deal in our dms so I have to do it here.

What happened:

He send me a test of a combo that had a hitrate of about 6.25%. I bought 71k of it for 60$. I should've got about 5-7k hits from the whole combo but got about 2.1k hits so 2k hits were missing atleast.
After checking the whole combo it only had a 2.95% hitrate, which is less then half of it.
I texted him about it and he doesn't really know how to react about it. After some writing he gave me some free combos but I only got about 20 hits from it. 
I asked him if he would be okay with a partial refund, he refused. 

I really don't want to spread any hate against him, he was very polite and nice the whole time but he wont do anything about the combo being only half as good as shown.

Hello, I dunno  why I should refund I sent you the 71k lines and you got them, I`m sorry the hitrate was of 1.5% but thats not my problem I didn`t guarantee you`d get %6 hitrate, I charged you cheap for a good combo works well on many other targets, I don`t see why I should refund at all.

The partial refund is for the missing hits. You gave me a test combo that represented the combo you'll sell me. I bought the combo and it had less then half the hits I should've, that's why I want the partial refund which just makes sense
