Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $345 -> Dedicated windows server
Screenshots of Communication:
Our chat logs of me buying a dedicated server -> https://imgur.com/a/maKiy75
Proof that this "dedicated server" is actually a virtual server using virtual processors -> https://i.imgur.com/wUXZ6Ce.png
Another dedicated hosting service confirming that the server pikapyy sold me is actually an rdp/vps (virtual server) and not dedicated: https://imgur.com/a/umpnIc1

Here is what a real dedicated server looks like in cpu page -> https://i.imgur.com/DryuHuQ.png (has CORES and LOGICAL PROCESSORS)

Additional Information: I needed a dedicated server with ryzen 9 7950x and he said that could hook me up with one. Starting price was $400 and after negotiations we got down to $345. I paid for the server and received it August 3, 2024. The server was overall slow but I didn't mind it until today (12/08/2024 DD/MM/YYYY). I went into the task manager and wanted to check out the cpu to see if it actually was a dedicated server, and I was literally shocked by what it said. It said virtual processors. Virtual processors are used for RDP's which are not dedicated. Instead of pikapyy selling me a real dedicated server, he bought one for himself then he made an RDP on that dedicated server and sold me it. Meaning that it's a virtual server with shared resources instead of being fully dedicated to the client (me). I took a lot of time before making this dd, I ran several tests and even contacted another dedicated hosting service to confirm whether it actually was a dedicated server or a virtual one. Since he lied about what he sold me (dedicated server) and instead sold me something else (a virtual server) I demand a full refund. If this guy did this to me then just imagine the amount of people he's done this to.

Crypto address for a refund: Given on request

Hello, We using virtualizor to provide dedicated server users a web panel which they can control their RDP, that's why it seems like its virtualized. In the dedicated server there's no other RDP which means all sources are fully being used by his RDP. I can give dedicated server's details to any admin to confirm that its a dedicated server if user also agree on it.

I sent another ss of a real dedicated datacenter which I bought from another service to chatgpt. It confirmed that that pic shows a real dedicated datacenter windows machine.

You are able to use CPU's 100% which means both way are same, I can also provide the RDP in that "dedicated server" way that u want but u won't be able to control it by yourself if you need to restart or change your password because you won't have a web panel to control it, we virtualize the CPU for only web panel. You are still able to use all the CPU.

How come that all other services which I purchase from give me logical processors. I expect to be delivered the same thing. For $345 you should at least be able to give me the server directly once you've purchased it instead of having to make a virtual server out of it then giving it to me. At any point you can make so that it uses shared resources. If you advertise a dedicated datacenter server, then I expect to get a dedicated datacenter server and not a dedicated virtual remote protocol server.

It does NOT use any shared resources, you are the only user of that dedicated server. https://i.imgur.com/gkMnOmk.png you can see in that screenshot there's only guest=v1435

Doesn't explain why the cpu is so much worse. Here's to prove it:
These two pics show benchmarks of the same specs just different services (first pic shows hetzner and the second shows pikapyy's server)
Hetzner: https://prnt.sc/E9wOsK5xgyg0
Pikapyy: https://prnt.sc/H9l-IlFM8Vas

Hetzner's same server's cpu is more than twice as efficient as Pikapyy's

Pikapyy you can try the software out yourself with any other DEDICATED DATACENTER WINDOWS SERVER with the same specs

Here is a link to what I used: https://www.passmark.com/products/perfor...wnload.php

You can run tests for yourself and see for yourself that your virtual "datacenter" rdp has 1/2 the performance of any other dedicated datacenter windows server with the same specs.
