This dude wouldn't even change telegram account after being banned for scamming. He uses the same account only changed username and picture. Another silly mistake on his part is that when removing our conversations after scam he left one message. So today it showed on my Telegram with his new identity. I attach exported chat logs from telegram from before change and after. Also, coincidentally he sells crypto accounts verification method...
