Additional Information: 
Essentially sponge advertised that he had a RTX 3080ti in hand for £500 buy it now so I thought it was a good offer and proceeded with the deal. 
The parcel was never posted on the day he said it would be posted to me. 
I never received the item (RTX 3080ti) instead what did come was an empty parcel with nothing in with tracking/info that didn't match any of the tracking I have been given by sponge. The tracking given by sponge says the parcel was delivered (see photos) you can even see that it is an empty packet. 
A lot of time has passed now and I regularly ask for updates but most of the time get ignored, sponge claims he did actually send it to me and has opened a claim with dpd but it all seems too sketch to me, I just want my money or my item which in this case I will probably get neither as I am sure I got scammed. 

So I either got scammed hard or dpd royally fucked up. Either or, I want answers.

It is not just @SpongeBobLongPants but also these: @Elixar and @thecookieman

He had an incredibly shady service too and also left a fake vouch for them everywhere. They never acceppt MM and are just a bunch of scammers.

All vouches in their threads and discord servers are fake (for the b4u service).

Firstly I have been talking to PingU via discord, and have actually raised a DPD claim in regards to this, I am just waiting on there correspondence, was told this would be within 10 days or so.

I request that we please wait until DPD respond, if you do not believe that I have raised a case with them feel free to call them or email them either is good.

I find it hard to believe that it was not delivered as I constantly use DPD to ship things and I own a large ebay business where I use DPD on the daily nearly to ship out large items (Z906 etc) but either way I have raised the case with DPD, and will be happy to provide updates as and when I get them.

You are referencing a cracked thread where staff of cracked.to can clearly check the IP logs of all those accs and see they are not me, I will say however some will be staff members who have purchased from me vouching.

What I think is more likely is that this shop you have sent your parcel to has stolen the graphics card as it is worth upwards of 1k normally. Just don't understand the DPD picture.

@SpongeBobLongPants Refund the OP the full amount, since the package that was delivered never had the item. There is 0 evidence from your side of the story to back up your claims. You say that it is not your package but the picture of that tracking shows that package on the table. You confirmed it was not that type of package you send normally. This could mean 2 things, you sent him a fake package or the DPD driver stole it. This is not the buyers fault in any way. What I can offer to @SpongeBobLongPants & @JefTing is that I will hold the funds until the investigation is finished.
