It's really unfortunate that this issue has escalated to this point when, in reality, it is a simple matter to resolve. From my perspective, it seems that you're more interested in yapping and stirring up trouble rather than taking the practical steps to solve the issue at hand.
 All that is needed to finalize the upgrade is for you to provide another email address—something you seem unwilling to do. You've been focusing your energy on trying to get me banned rather than cooperating and resolving the situation.
 I want to resolve this, and I’ve been transparent from the start. If you're serious about fixing this issue, simply provide a different email for the upgrade and we'll be done. If you continue to refuse, it's clear that your goal is to tarnish my reputation rather than get the product or service you're entitled to. What a shame.
 The solution is simple, and the choice is yours.

i still didn't receive the subscription that i have paid for almost than  a week , this will happen everytime in the near future when the service that we had have an issue , the seller will keep ghosting again and again with too much bullshit excuse . please just refund me and we close the deal

@zRad If he wants a refund after it had been taken away many times. You can go ahead and refund him for the reminding time he paid for. Do so within 24 hours.

no refund yet to receive up until now the adobe service has not been fixed

Paid on 1st august , the service stopped with trial error after 3rd sept,  and up until now

@Liars, I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed by this entire situation. This guy used my services without any issues for months, and now suddenly, after fully benefiting from everything I provided, he's asking for a refund? I’ve gone out of my way, waking up in the middle of the night to handle upgrades for clients like him who clearly don’t appreciate professionalism.
 The fact that this scam report has been sitting here for days without proper attention is beyond frustrating. I’ve fixed issues for over 250 clients with Adobe, and every single one of them has been satisfied—check my reputation. I have no problem fixing his issue in literally 2 minutes if he just sends me another email, but refunding him now after all the time he’s spent using my services? That’s ridiculous.
 I’m not going to hand over a full refund because someone changed their mind after months of usage. I expect you to reconsider and let me know exactly what I’m supposed to do here because this is unfair.

this guy has been fixed before when he had another scam report open against me. He purposely ignored me back then just to keep the scam report open.

@Liars, I told him about the refund, but he’s not replying. He’s waiting for the 24 hours to pass so I can get banned

While I have done nothing wrong and am fully capable of providing the promised services, I’m shocked how logic works in the world these days

now while the report is still on-going , my 3rd e-mail that i have paid for has been kickout and trial error email from adobe

so total of 3 subscription has been paid

12 month - $20 x 3

previously i agree to accept a refund for $20 but this is for the 2 email that i have paid for , now the 3rd email also have an issue and that is the last e-mail that i have paid for the adobe

please refund me the amount of the 3 Subscription of 12 month  that i have paid for
