It’s important to clarify the facts of the situation. I have been in communication with the buyer and offered assistance multiple times. All three subscriptions can be resolved, and I’ve been transparent about this.

The buyer’s claim that I haven’t offered any solutions or fixes is simply untrue. I’ve already offered a refund for one subscription, but the buyer refuses to follow the correct process to address the issue. Instead of working with me, they seem more focused on attempting to have me banned rather than resolving the situation.

I’m happy to continue working on fixing all three subscriptions, as I’ve stated previously, but I can’t help someone who isn’t willing to collaborate.

This guy is obviously ignoring my messages and is not willing to collaborate.

@SuperMike You have to work with the seller to resolve the issue. If you are not going to cooperate with the user, we can't help you either. Please provide your details to the seller so you can either choose to get refunded or get them fixed. You have 24hrs to do so

i was not available for full days on the weekend due to the family gathering and i have not response on the discord also on the forum
as mentioned on my previous post,  i want a refund and do not want any deals with this seller

This individual purchased 3 upgrades from me, and their 3 clients have been using my Adobe service for several months. Recently, all three of those clients lost access one by one. I offered to replace them if the buyer could provide new Adobe email addresses so I could add them to my panel. I had a shortage of panels a few days ago, which caused a delay in the replacement process. Despite this, the buyer is refusing to cooperate. I even offered to provide 3 new logins (accounts that I would personally create and manage), but he kept asking for a refund, which isn’t possible after using the service for an extended period.

Could you please ask him to provide 3 new email addresses? I can resolve the issue in just 2 minutes. I don’t understand why I have to deal with this kind of behavior. He has ignored me for days, seemingly waiting for my account to be banned, even though there is no basis for such a claim. My reputation has been excellent since I started, as you can see—no negative reviews in the past.

I’ve had similar situations with other customers, and they’ve all been happy to provide new emails, continuing to use the service smoothly. Please consider this and help bring this matter to a close—it has dragged on for too long.

I remained professional and tried to handle the situation properly, but there’s no way I’m giving him a full refund.

First, because he has already used the service for several months.
Second, I am willing to refill all the upgrades he purchased, but he refuses to cooperate.

i don't want any deal with him , he cannot even guarantee if the new e-mail provided would not have the same issue later in the near future
if the issue appear, i need to contact him and the cycle of ghosting 24h-48h dragging till a week will happen again and again ,

the problem is he cannot do on the email that we have provided and making an excuse saying the email have an errror with organization when its not . organization leaved but not fixed
and he asking a new email to work its very stress coz we need to do over and over again . as mentioned on previous post , i want a refund fr the 3 x 12 month , he can charge pro rate monthly since it just has been used for a month

@Liars , the service stop after 1 month of the subscription and not a several month , the payment were made on august , he keep on saying several months but when it is not , just 1 month service distrupted and here is the proof
