First, regarding the email issue, I’ve been clear that the organization controlling the original email addresses has caused the problem, which is entirely out of my control. This is a common occurrence with organizational emails, and providing new emails is the standard solution, which other customers have accepted without issue.

Second, I’m offering to replace the accounts entirely, which would solve the problem within 2 minutes. I cannot predict future issues with organizational emails beyond my control, but with new personal emails, I can ensure smooth service, just as I have done for many other clients.

As for the timing concerns, I have made every effort to respond promptly and professionally, despite occasional delays due to a shortage of panels, which I openly communicated. However, I have no reason to ‘ghost’ any client; I’ve always been transparent and have even gone as far as offering to create and manage three new accounts for you.

Finally, regarding your request for a refund: after several months of use, a refund is not feasible. You’ve already received and used the service, and I’m willing to resolve the issue by providing replacements. A refund after this amount of usage would be unreasonable and goes against my terms.

I’m still open to resolving this matter by providing three new accounts or reactivating your service. This is the most practical and fair solution for both parties.

well ' i don't need AI to summarize my report to make it look legit , this boy trying hard to not refund me when he fail to provide the services . and admin has response which he should refund

the proof of payment is a valid proof that the services is yet to be several months , but this boy keep saying that has been used for a several months which is a pure bullshit with his AI writing playing a victim .

not sure why this seller is not ban yet , when he fail to provide service yet no refund etc yet talk with bullshit for few weeks, is this because he just upgrade the membership so he can evade scam-report @Liars @Darkness

right now the services has not been used for almost 2 weeks , with 3 service that i have paid for . we are all in stressed and pain due to this pathetic seller ,how long will drag this without any resolution

I have offered to help this person numerous times to resolve the issue, but he hasn't made any attempt to fix the problem or even sent me three emails.

we already provided the 3 e-mail and you fail to fix and and you asking another more new e-mail which is unacceptable this is why you should refund if you fail to fix the provided e-mail ,

the e-mail are from my client and we already refunded all of our client due to this 2-3 weeks distrupted services which is low quality method the seller use for , the only thing to fix the issue by restore the e-mail provided upon purchase .tell me why should i be force to provide new e-mail if you fail to fix the previous e-mail?

@Liars @Darkness . please this is taking longer than i expected the refund is the only solution  as we already refund all the client due to the unresolve issue

Wow, sounds like a real email odyssey! If the three emails you provided didn't do the trick, then I guess I must have a magic wand to fix things without proper access. But hey, I’m here trying to restore the service precisely to what was originally purchased—if that’s somehow unreasonable, I’d love to hear the logic. I’m not asking for a new email to collect a souvenir; it’s to fix what you’ve asked me to fix. But sure, let’s keep going in circles instead of resolving it the right way.
