This Deal Dispute (A.K.A Scam Report) is not valid because the user has not read the Term Of Service of the page https://vegetables.inc/tos
Claims for a refund but there no reason to give it

Generally, we do not offer refunds. If you do not know how to use a tool, you will not be refunded. If your license is revoked, you will not be refunded. You may qualify for a refund under the following circumstances:
A. The tool(s) you purchased are not compatible with your computer, virtual machine or server
B. You purchased a tool but never received your license
(You can find these in the T.O.S page of Vegetables INC)
The user wants the Professional License but was not avaliable in the website (The Professional License is not avaliable at the moment so there no need to "claim for a refund" if the user has not bought the license before)

And as the users can read in the pastebin given in the thread (https://pastebin.com/raw/VHswvKCK), i was not "Rude" or said something incoherent.
And, as you mention, i needed the most expensive license you have to be able to even purchase the "Professional license". How was I supposed to know that the "Professional license" wasn't available at the moment? (Broken tool? xP)
Additionally, please show me where I said you were rude. It seems you have hurt your own ego since I really never mentioned anything of the sort.

also just to add to what CDSG said, the latest info about mango keyword's current features and what licenses are available is always to be found at the mango keywords product page, not on our cracked.io sales thread because it is not updated very often. as anyone with two braincells to rub together could ascertain, professional licenses are not currently listed on the mango keywords product page.

He want a refund (Is not allowed because he do not qualify for a refund) and he accuses us of having a "broken tool" for just not having the "Professional License" plan at the moment.

They advertised a feature that was no longer available but showed no signs of it not being available anylonger, claiming that the requirements to purchase it was to already have the most expensive version of their software. Because of it, I bought the most expensive version only to find out later that the Professional version is no longer available.
I have absolutely no use for the program if it wasn't for the sole purpose of proxyless google scraping. Basically meaning I bought software that is of absolutely no use to me.
Like, come on, give me a break with this shovelware

In this thread you said I called you both rude and somehow accused you of a broken tool.
I never said any of those things. I was polite the whole way, and all i'm asking for is a refund since the sole reason (See: 1 feature [proxyless google scraping]) I even bought your software is currently unavailable

What feature are you trying to use?
Proxyless google scraping (which required their other tiers, which is why i bought it)

It clearly says it requires lifetime premium. I bought lifetime premium just to be able to even have the chance of buying the $10 a week version, which is now unavailable. How was I supposed to know that the extra upgrade was no longer available and I shouldn't have purchased the lifetime premium?

Professional licenses are not available because the method for 100% proxyless google engine parsing changed. When it changed and the feature in my tool broke, I refunded all of the users who had active Professional licenses and I paused all sales for that license type. Since then I have been on vacation and have been using my spare time to work on projects that make me more money. There is no ETA for the return of the feature, but maybe when I return home I will have enough time that it will be worthwhile for me to get the feature working nicely again, but no promises.
And I would again like to stress that on my website where the tool is sold, Professional licenses are NOT listed for sale, and they haven’t been since the feature broke and I paused sales.
