Additional Information: in his thread he specifies that he delivers accounts with auth token and ct0 token. he gave me all accounts without auth token and without ct0 token. he didnt explan how i had to login. i buy twitter accoutns from a lot of other people, i never ever had issues logging in. this is the first time, i messaged him about it. he wasnt of any help. of the 50 accounts i bought only 24 were working., the 2 blue tick accounts none were working i attached proof of it and he wasnt replying to my messages anymore. i used his method, to convert the logins (which should be his job as specified in thread) and then import them into my program. then it said there too password incorrect

Okay this does not change the fact you delivered 26 faulty accounts and 2 faulty blue tick accounts. They are cracked the same way as normal tokens so i dont know why you're 1. changing the format
2. not replacing them
3. ignoring my messages about it
4. giving a solution
5. making me resort to a dispute thread

This is apparently the 'blue tick' he replaced me with.
1) theres no bluetick
2) he used this account for spamming before and owner already regained access to this twitter account

Okay so he provided me with another batch of faulty accounts. The few accounts that were working, he logged into them and changed details so that i could not access it anymore. 
//guy is just summed up retarded, i want a full refund
