Additional Information: I purchased mango keywords from chanchan, I sent him around 150 usd at this time, Mango lifetime was 100 USD, I bought dorks for $10 around the same time from otto, I sent the extra 50 for more dorks/sqlray/ottos editor. These two people are very toxic and only concerned about keeping your money, I lost my guilded account and the entire process of me trying to get it back involved them bashing me and trying to ban me from their services, from which I then threatened them with a scam report and got my services back. As you can see now I am banned from guilded itself and when I make a new account they will ban it as well, https://i.imgur.com/KpIQu2n.png . The reason for them "banning me" is for "skidding their dork types", which is a very vague thing you can do, Sure you can have a ToS stating if you break these things you will be termed etc, etc, but skidding dork types? I was asking for help from otto and he began to question me as if I was "skidding his dork types" which doesn't make any sense, anyone can put ((KW)) or ((PT)) especially when using the tool I paid them to use. The term "stealing/skidding" does not apply here, their are multiple ways to make dorks and numerous different things you can do when dorking/ different combinations, how could one possibly "skid a dork type???". ANYWAYS this lead up to me being banned because I got online and went into Zertex's discord server to see what he was doing, immediately these 2 people start bashing me, (keep in mind this is 2 weeks after I have paid them) (ALSO keep in mind they kept some of my money for other dorks I had paid for because the first batch were trash and I was banned from their discord servers - so no way to contact them, along with being blocked) they were intentionally trying to prevent me from being able to use the services I paid for, the way they treated me is no way to treat someone who has paid them) NOW I joined the discord server and we started talking, then they brought this dork type bullshit up because we began to argue and then proceeded to ban me and say my services were termed and threatening me multiple times like " if you don't do this we will ban you and term your licenses type of bullshit " basically blackmailing me. https://i.imgur.com/DXfZqQ3.png , (the dork types he accused me of "skidding" https://i.imgur.com/MeTiAWU.png ) MIND you it was 9-18-2021 when I was first accused of "breaking their ToS for this reason https://i.imgur.com/KK5Di4u.png , Why today am I just being banned and losing access to everything?? Obviously because what I have said today has triggered them and they feel like just because their feelings were hurt they are allowed to act upon their emotions when it's business and term all of my shit because they are butthurt I called their dorks trash, HERE is me messaging chanchans new discord account because he was termed on his old one supposedly. 9-30-2021, him purposely trying to make it a challenge to give me my shit back that I have paid for https://i.imgur.com/8vliNL6.png , OH and right after I got their dorks I was asking for different ones because they were trash, which (I never got BTW, their went another $10 but IDC) just to put that out their, why the fuck would I try to steal something that is garbage.

Their first reason they actually were trying to ban me was for breaking their ToS by "disrespecting their staff" when I was not even in there discord, they banned me from it again this was when I was trying to get my roles and shit back because my guilded account was lost and I could not download updates because they have a retarded system of people having to do a bunch of extra work to download something, regardless, I ended up threatening them with a scam report and got my shit back, as you can see here - https://i.imgur.com/qOYVwIv.png . 

Now I don't really care about the $150, it's $150, but my time has been wasted dealing with these people and that is why I am making this report, I would rather have my shit returned to me so I can use what I paid for, or my money returned, either way is fine but this is ridiculous, I am tired of arguing over something like this, their goto everytime is "we have alot of customers who are really liking our tool and we'll just have them prove we are good" or some typical bullshit response, tired of it.

I did delete everything me and otto spoke about, I do this with everyone I block, I have all of that logged if it needs to be uploaded an admin can let me know.

NEWS - update 1 hour after this report was made - BranB took some words to this matter and spoke with otto about the dorks he sold me, which infact we're broken and he admitted to them being broken/bad.

for those who apparently dont know what skidding dork types is, it is when you buy dorks from a seller (such as me), then use those dork types to make more dorks. all dork sellers that i know of have a clause in their terms of service protecting them from this as it hurts their business. 

xrp claims that he has chat logs proving that he did not skid our dork types but refuses to provide them. he deleted all of his messages where he admitted that he skidded our dork types ( https://media.discordapp.net/attachments...nknown.png ) if he could provide the aforementioned chat logs proving his innocence we could clear this up much more easily...

Never admitted to skidding any dork types, which you are making claims on behalf of something you do not even have the ability to show proof of 

Secondly, why am I just now being banned today because of this problem we had addressed on the 18th of September?

Thirdly, why would someone steal something/skid something that is broken/non-working?

That is actually incorrect, this was brought up in the tickets that were opened in your discord server I was banned from days before this here took place, when you were trying to pull some slick shit with me about confirming my "identity" trying to say I was trying to impersonate myself regarding my purchases. 

Why is the fact that the dorks I was sold were trash and the fact that Otto admitted to them being broken not being spoken about?

Don't try to make this run in circles any more then you already have, you have done nothing but fed excuse after excuse, just give me my things.

@sirchanchan  You can't just ban him from your service for random reasons and without actual evidence that can be seen and verified and confirmed. If you wish to ban him from your service, which you are in your right to do, you can refund him in full and revoke his access.

I asked him for proof of all of this multiple times, the only proof he can obtain is my messages being deleted with OTTO, which proves nothing, with or without them being deleted.
He told me that all the ticket transcripts weren't saved in his discord, which is ODD because they normally are everywhere but that was his immediate response to me when I asked him to validate my ban reason the first and 2nd time he tried to revoke me.

Mind you, I am already revoked from everything I purchased, so he just has my money.

proof of him skidding would have been provided, however he has cleared his chats with me after our conversation. I can provide screenshots of this if needed. (I am chanchans business partner, and it was my dorks that he skidded)
