hi staffs,
   intially i bought a doc+selfie psd for $40 from @Zipcar ....he also deleiverd that psd.....but after getting a product and im testing it was so lqq....i highly dispointed on that psd,, IN SELFIE PSD HE JUST ADDED RANDOM HAND IN CORNER AND SELLING IT FOR  $40 it was so terrible ..at begining he said i verfied coinbase,and many  sites with that...so only i bought that with confidence....after im testing on coinbase and sm sites ....everytime it was failure bcz the psd was so lq...easily detactable

he said my editing was worst so u getting failure....thn i ask him to send a  doc he edited with that psd if it works on coinbase.. i wont ask for refund....but he refused it ...after few days again i ask tht so he said i do...but i asked proof of video to prove raeally u done a verification with that psd...(again he refuse to do)

thats a reason why i opened a scam report

i have 2 choices for him -

1 .  prove the psd was hq by verifying coinbase (  verfication pard should be recoreded to prove that verfication was really done by tht psd which he selling  and it should send to admins or me )

2. 50%  refund   (bcz the  $20 for doc psd  was  ok) but $20 for that shit lq selfi was not accepteble ..just adding hand in selfie lol and selling it for $20)

This user has received what he paid for. 1x FULLY EDITABLE PSD FILE. My original price on my sellix is $75 and he begged an begged me until I finally agreed to sell to him for $40. After receiving the file he immediately began saying it was "LQ" and that he could get an HQ file for $17. I repeatedly showed him that my file does work and even offered him a FULL REFUND he he could show that my file doesnt work. I have sold many verified coinbase accounts to users here in the past. I would like to note that no where on my ad does it say "I GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO VERIFY COINBASE ACCOUNTS". I never made that promise as everybody doesn't have the knowledge level to achieve these things. YES, my template works with coinbase and I will provide proof below. I would also like to note that besides offering a full refund I even offered to verify a coinbase with the account information THAT HE SENDS ME so he can see that it works and he refused to send me any info. This scam report doesnt even make any sense because he received what he paid for at a discounted price at that. Just saying "Its LQ / Detectable" without any proof and opening a scam report is plain extortion. Heres proof:

Proof I offered a full refund when I asked him for prove it doesnt work and he ignored it by saying I was getting off topic. This should have been the end of it right here. All he had to do was send proof and he gets the file and his full money back but instead we are here now while this guy continues to try to extort me. 





I would like to ask for the user to show proof that I made any promise it would work for any particular website?
What method did he use to verify the selfie with ID because its not as simple as just uploading the picture?
I think this user should also have to verify the information such as SSN, DL, DOB etc that he used because he could be using bad information which is out of my hands.
He should also be able to prove that he can generate 2 valid barcodes in the proper format for the back of the ID as well as this is another factor as in why its not working for him.

alright...im a noob editor  i using bad info all good.......   i just  ask u to do a doc with ur hq brain and editing skills....frm the beggining and verify acc and send me the proof video ....but u still refusing to do...and sending old proofs and wasting all time???

1st. I don't have to make a coinbase account for you at all. No where ever did I say or did you ask about coinbase. I had no idea what you where going to use it for.

Second, stop acting like the original discord account we dealt on wasn't termed, and you didn't ask right away.



Third, you bought a fully editable PSD which is EXACTLY what you received. You didn't buy a coinbase account or verification service. Nor did I ever mention anything about coinbase and now you want "some" of your money back because you clearly don't know what your doing.

4th, you havnt even provided proof that you even tried to verify the account. Maybe YOU should be the one to make the video and prove it doesn't work. I'm the one that offered to verify an account with information that YOU send me so I can prove it works but you refused. I offered you a full refund multiple times but your trying to get around the fact that I can actually prove it works.

You are full of shit...as I said. I never guaranteed you will be smart enough to verify a coinbase account. How do I know you just didn't upload some random info to coinbase to get denied?

1. Im not asking you to buy anything you shouldn't already have. If you are trying to verify coinbase you should already have SSN, DL, DOB etc.

2. What method did you use to verify the selfie? I know for a fact you cant upload the selfie pic because Ive done this many times before so I know what I'm talking about.

IF YOU MAKE A VIDEO SHOWING YOU VERIFYING A COINBASE ACCOUNT WITH PROPER SSN, DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH, 2 VALID BARCODES AND PROPERLY UPLOADING THE SELFIE TO COINBASE WITH THAT $17 PSD I WILL REFUND YOUR FULL $40 (LIKE IVE SAID BEFORE). I MAINLY JUST WANT TO SEE THE BARCODES + SELFIE METHOD YOUR USING.

6. Im not making a video to prove to you anything I'm already vouched for and also doing something that you didnt pay me for.

BOTTOM LINE HERE IS: You seen the template before even paying me anything but as soon as you get it you want to say its LQ. You made the judgement to buy after seeing video. You also received what you paid for so this scam report makes no sense. Your just trying to get money back because you dont know how to use what you bought which is not my fault.
