after he asking for payout, i go to paypal then i can't send payments, when i talk with support they said its related to his website: valorant.rip

but he still said "breach agreements", i don't care about your agreements, as you using my service you need to respect my service, its me who will make rules not you, its my service not yours
he make a report for breach agreements not scammed, 300$ then he update it to 500$
