Additional Information: I paid him $45 for a Albert account, it gave me trouble to even login. Would not work on PC at all. I tried it on phone and everything in it was not verified, no access to card number nor account number. Plus it ask for verification. It prompted me to enter bank account for verification. I did that, but then it ask for face verification, which I cannot do. I tried to unlink bank but it won't let me. Seller ask for access for the account to replace it, but my bank is linked, he would just face verify and withdraw my money.
I ask for replacement but his new details he didn't give me full access. I can't access it on PC at all.
I have experience with Albert bank, because I bought one before and could access on PC. His accounts I can't access on PC, I believe they are dead accounts he selling.
He even wanted access to my PC using team viewer or anydesk.
I want a full refund please. Thanks

So this guy ordered an albert bank and paid me 45$ btc and like always i did sent him the delivery!
I never knew he is such time waster and a newbie on it.
He did login to the bank and as he says he added his other bank to it but also he changed the email & password of the bank.
If bank is invalid how did he even logged in to it and added his own bank and even changed the email and password ?
If my albert bank was invalid he should have simply reported me without changing the email and password so that I could instantly send him a new bank replacement, but he end up killing the bank and then later came to me saying shit and sent me error screenshot.
Now I even agreed to do new replacement, but my supplier want to check by himself what the error is before sending me a new bank so I asked KaylaSnow for the login details but he keeps refusing to give it.. Now tell me how is it logical to send him 2 accounts ?
I really got no time for this shit, I am sending full chat history and if I am the guilty one, I am ready to offer a replacement (to the mod first here so that it get checked up before passing it to this newbie)!

A seller should always have respect when selling to a customer. I never insulted you and I tried my best to resolve it privately.
You had no patience whatsoever.
Some deals take longer than expected. Right now I'm waiting on two sellers to fulfill their end of the deal for four days now.
Every scammer wants to log in another person PC. The fact that you ask to log in my PC using TeamViewer or any desk, proves you up to no good. This is just a deal, u sell me something, if it don't work, then replace or refund.
You didn't have to go thru all this drama,
And I'm not accepting any replacement.
None of your Albert accounts work.
