Additional Information: wanted to buy a 911.re proxy account for cheaper cuz I use a lot of proxies. This kid dm'ed me saying he got an account with 89 proxies I told him i'd buy it for $10, which he agreed on. Once I paid he told me he gave me the wrong btc addy. I told him that's not my problem. He then says "pay me 20 more and ill give you an account with 300 proxies" I told him I don't want that account cuz I paid for the $10 one. Kid is trynna make some quick bucks.
