Additional Information: He use my cellphone my email, i dont really know what this guy give for a services... i can register my acc to with the same data and whitout any problem, he say it was a verified acc but it wasnt i asked him before buying if i can
use the acc for shopping things but i cant and after putting my card or something without getting an advertise for do it that, its get limited. i try to put the paypal in a store and it´s say i couldn´t and then gets limited after that, he only register the acc using the same way as i register to, he dont do anything special and the acc gets limited.

I verified your account and you went to change the account data... I don't know if you know when you change the account data it will be asked to be verified in order to be limited... you had nothing to mess with the account data .

Just use your common sense, if it was a verified paypal i can used it for whatever i want to take from an store and it didnt work so dont sell things for sell it... It wasnt verified at all you just register an account and thas all without making any other special thing.
