Additional Information: Alright, let me start off by thanking our amazing cracked.to admins and staffs for being active and helpful as possible. So basically my friend's birthday is today. I was asking people to link me a good checker to buy that's worth $5-$20, They linked me https://tools.sirchanchan.dev/ as I visited the site and took a look at the vouches and the discord server. I got convinced that the developer(sirchanchan) is a legitimate dev. So I went and bought the valorant checker using BTC Transaction link: (https://explorer.bitcoin.com/btc/tx/7d56...6ebf619dae), Then I've waited for about 20-35 minutes before opening a ticket in his discord server. Then I stated that I purchased the valorant checker and didn't receive any email that contains my product. Then replied by saying "the valorant checker is not available yet..." Then I replied by saying "but its on the website tho lol", He said that he made a mistake and forgot to disable the checkout. So I asked him if I'll receive a refund or what's happening, then he replied by saying "well i dont even see your transaction", (https://prnt.sc/1y326k4) then I've sent him the transaction link to prove that I actually paid. Then I sent him 2 different screen shots that also proofs that I sent him the money. (https://prnt.sc/1y32a0q). Then he replied saying, "well ig you couldve gotten clipped. did the checkout on the website update to say that your transaction was pending?", then I told him that I never installed anything that would contain a clipper on my PC. in fact, I even scanned the QR code that was displayed on the website so I could secure the payment even more. (https://prnt.sc/1y32qb7), Now here he said he will refund but he actually didnt (https://prnt.sc/1y32u8a), Now in the next screen shot, He also says that the API he was using apparently was owned by a russian guy and it was a clipper? (https://prnt.sc/1y32wv0), And now in the next screen shot they say "who uses qr code anyways", so your telling me that you include that to your site and you think no one would use it to prevent any risks? (https://prnt.sc/1y330ah), And then in the next screen shot, he wanted to refund using LTC so he doesn't pay any fees (I bought the product using BTC), And he's also stating that he lost money due to him using a wrong API (which isn't my problem?) (https://prnt.sc/1y334wl), Remember, in the past screen shot he wanted to refund in LTC. but now when I ask for a refund he shows me his TOS which wasn't acceptable in my opinion because it doesn't include that they will not refund, but it was their problem that they used a wrong API (https://prnt.sc/1y339dm), In the next picture he says that I could've noticed that there wasn't an image on the product which should've been a "Red flag?" Well how come you expect someone to use that as a red flag, The product already has it's checkout and everything seemed clean. I thought a GFX was being designed of the program, You can't really blame me for not knowing. And then when I stated that I couldn't wait anymore since his birthday was about to finish, when I said "hurry up", The other owner apparently took it in an offensive way, I apologized respectfully. Alright so just because I was being respectful so now I won't get a refund? (Other support members think it's funny copy-pasting what chanchan sent) (https://prnt.sc/1y34477), Now in the other screen shot. chanchan says ("we dont have your $10, some russian dude has it. if we refund you we are spending our own money to do so. we are not compelled in any way, shape, or form to refund you."), So because your site dev used some random API, Will I really get blamed that you dont have my $10?, then he says if I want a refund then he'll spend his own money to do so. Now in the next screenshot. the other owner says that it's not his fault. How is it not your fault when you use some random API so people could use it to purchase one of your products. Well I just spent my hard working money on basically nothing as I stated that there will be no use already. Then I replied saying, "and i spent my own money to a random Russian dude?" and the support + other owner replied with a "yep". Now in the next screen shot, chanchan replied with "well you bought the key, and we dont offer refunds". So your telling me that you dont want to return the money I wasted because of your wrong website API and keep it for your self?
