I bought two games from this seller for the value of $ 38 in btc. he provided me with the first account which froze after two days, for the other, after paying, he told me it was not available and would let me know. Then he blocked me on telegram, when I wrote him with another number he answered me and then blocked again

Hi tekken thanks for hearing me out

1. I messaged the client on telegram and also his alt account too
He is a repeat customer and speaks good english
i also tried calling him he seems to cancel the calls and not see me 
(proofs attached at the end )

2. Me blocking the buyer is a blatant lie
i never block my buyers as they bring repeat business and refere others
my rules and warranty is clear so why would i block anyone?

3. his balance amount of $20 is still pinned ( as u can see form the proofs attached)
so he can select another game insted
I WILL SEND His $20 ( 1 game pending amount)  on his btc -36AFjrFLmWSaWnSboR5ow6SQwC2wPSTFLA
im just waiting for him to mssg me when im online so it can be sorted.


4.  warranty for switch game accounts is 15minutes (standard for all switch account sellers)
i still replace some buyers who get locked due to buyer side faults in few hours if its genuine cases or are kids
BUT NOT AFTER 2 Days - the warranty doesn't cover it

4. As my guides say buyers must download the games soon as possible and go OFFLINE,that way games will last forever 
these instructions were sent to ALL buyer
including him as he is a repeat customer and speaks English

,I don't like losing a good buyer, but if the buyer don't read the seller's instructions how it works mate?
I had already replaced for many buyers who made mistakes the first purchase,(even if im not supposed to)
but cannot if people escalate things

I have all screenshots and proof that the rules were sent also the rules are posted on my switch shop Guides and terms section.

@!taken - Here is a screenshot showing the date of 1st account purchase ON 4th August- Also showing the pinned message for the pending game worth (20$) and the Rules showing the Warranty and other clear rules to go offline etc. The warranty time and offline suggestion is also posted on my switch channel FAQ and TOS page, so buyers are educated before and after purchase  . its even suggested to stock all games on one go so they can  keep the console OFFLINE for a while and buyer can finish playing the games , but most switch orders i take are 1-3 games orders only.so downloading they wont be an issues, it isn't for the 2000 switch games i sold

Telling something is not working after the warranty period is not acceptable. since the games were downloaded by the by quick as switch games are small in size and
,( so even in the worst case the games can be downloaded soon )  and the buyer could follow the rules

It's the buyer responsibility to follow the rules as I sold  to many members from c.to those who read the guides and followed =  no issues
those who fail to follow, realized the error,and purchase next time with a discount and are happy playing as we speak , no issues since

I can refund $20 for the game that was not delivered due to no stock
but not the games I sold him which he locked after 2 days as my warranty don't cover that

I was working and I didn't see the calls. No problem on the account that doesn't work I know that there were some risks but I just wandering if there was something we can do to solve cause the game didn't last long. The problem was that when I wrote to you from my first account the messages weren't even delivered, when I wrote from the second he immediately replied and as soon as I wrote who I was they weren't delivered again. I also wrote on the forum chat but the messages were ignored. If I could get a refund for the second game I would be fine and sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks

calling me ignoring your messaged on c.to is a lie
if c.to status says im online 
And im not seeing ur mssages can be real
but im not online- how you say i ignored you on purpose

We did not understand each other. I'm okay with losing my first account, I had to go online to install the SD and I don't want to be reimbursed for that. The problem was the ignored messages
about the second one when I wrote who I was on telegram and the fact that you didn't answer me on the chat even though you went online.
