Additional Information:

I paid 60$ for 2 Netflix Upgrades with 1-year warranty as advertised. Within 30 minutes of account delivery, the emails got changed mysteriously and there is no access to either of the accounts. Seller initially agreed to replace, then refuses replacement / refund. Closed ticket. Now, there is no other way to contact him.
Details:
1. Seller confirmed that Upgrades can be made on Fresh accounts of Buyers', so I gave him 2x emails that were freshly created by my friends.
2. The first account was Upgraded and within 5 hours of upgrade, email was changed. It was NOT done by the account holder / friend.
3. The second account was Upgraded and within 30 minutes of upgrade, email was changed. This second account is for a different friend living in a different country. Mysteriously his email got changed too.
4. When tried to contact Netflix Support, they ask for payment info for verification purposes so the accounts can be retrieved. Seller refuses to share the info.
5. Seller has no clue on the Upgrade method, he simply says random stuff at random times which makes ZERO sense. He says I need to give him fresh accounts "next time" so he can do the upgrades on that! But it's quite silly how I exactly gave him fresh accounts created by my friends resulting in the email change.
6. When I enquired initially about the purchase, Seller assured 30 minutes to an hour time for the Upgrade. Then he said he needs a weeks' time for the replacement yesterday.
Now suddenly he changed to "no replacements. We delivered our service and we cannot help you".
7. Also if he had told me that he would not give email access for the Netflix accounts before purchase, I would have agreed to it and bought them. I was fine with emails that he only has the access to. He repeatedly says that I need to give him fresh accounts "next time" so he can do the upgrades on that and not fukk up! But apparently, that's what I did in the first place!!!
NOTE:
1. Seller accuses that my friends changed e-mails and that he has no control over on email changes.
This is a blatant lie.

First email received at 22:55 hours and the next received at 04:05 AM from Netflix. Friend woke up in the morning and then noticed the email changes.
Similarly,

Second friend from a different country, receiving the email change from Netflix.
Neither of them changed emails.
Even if we assume they changed it intentionally, they never received any email with OTP / Code for the change, normally, Netflix normally sends codes / OTP's to the registered emails for email changes. That was never received. Netflix Support had no clue on the email changes and they say there was no account registered or related with Friends' emails in the first place.
When asked about unauthorized email change at Netflix:

It is apparent that there was never an Upgrade made on my friends' account. Hence details of it could not be retrieved even by Netflix Support. No OTP / Code was received for the email change on any of my friends' email. I can also share the entire list of emails from Inbox / Spam / Trash folders for the emails received from Netflix. No Code for the email change was ever received!
Seller has no clue on any of this, says he will replace first, then says I need to wait a week for the replacement and closes the ticket! Such unprofessionalism!

What a shame!
To all Buyers: Don't get fooled by a Seller's Forum Ranks, they mean nothing! You can have a SUPREME rank still end up delivering shitty services and scam!

Alright my point of view is the following.

1. The buyer asked me to upgrade his Netflix accounts, paid for it, and all went well. My partner did the upgrade and everything went smoothly.
2. The buyer complained about his email address being changed on both of the accounts.
3. We have never seen this before and we offer him a replacement. (We were out of stock and told him to patiently wait.)
4. The buyer gets mad and impatient.
5. We start investigating the problem. We then find out that, to change the email address of an account on Netflix, an OTP is needed which will be sent to the original email linked to the Netflix account. We never had access to the email accounts so there is not a single way that we could have changed the email nor has it ever happened before that our upgrade causes emails to be changed.
6. The only thing that CAN happen after an upgrade is that the account goes back into the free mode. In that case we always reactivate the account without a problem as we give 12 months warranty.
7. The Buyer starts claiming that we changed the email addresses.
8. The buyer claims that my services are a scam.
9. Me and my moderators start getting the feeling this person changed the emails himself and he claims that we were the cause of his emails getting changed and that we owe him a refund.
10. We take the decision that the problem that occured to the buyers account is not our fault and that he does not get a replacement.
11. The buyer makes a "scam report"

I, YoungSakura, claim that I haven't changed the email address of his netflix accounts. (Never would have been able to even if I wanted to.)

I'd love to see a response from the moderators of CTO and when they agree on this, I'd like to get an apology for calling my services shitty and calling my services a "scam".

1. Enough screenshots have already been shared here about the "email change" accusation that Seller is making.
2. If an email gets changed from one to another: you need to received a code / OTP to the original email. It wasn't received.
3. Secondly, when you change from one email to another, your new email gets recorded in the Netflix's system.
4. Apparently, Netflix Support did not have a single record of the Buyers' email on which the upgrade was made. Screenshots supporting this also has been shared.
5. Paying 60$ for 30 minutes of Netflix is literally a joke and any Seller who has no clue about what type of accounts he can / cannot upgrade is a nothing but a NOOB.

Hence Sakura, the Seller not only has Shitty services but also behaves like a NOOB, cos after the Upgrade, Seller advises me to send "fresh accounts" next time! :D

I'd give you an Apology once you replace / refund me for the 60$ SCAM or once you get BANNED from here for the same reason!

Not replying to your nonsensical conversations anymore. Let Staff decide, thanks!

Can't wait for staff to reply indeed.

Keep in mind the buyer could easily have deleted the OTP emails and claiming that he didn't get them.

DancingClown  Also keep in mind, Netflix Support had no such record of the Buyers' latest email registered  / linked with them!  DancingClown
And thanks to Sakura for proving my point yet again!  :weebsout:

Ban 2
To the STAFF, I say this:
It is not in the genuine of my intentions to DEFAME or INSULT any Seller's Services!
I am a Netflix Seller myself, there's no need for me or my friends, to do stupid things like changing emails / deleting OTP's accusing any Seller for any silly reason whatsoever.
I have better jobs to do rather than capturing screenshots of Discord conversations, creating scam reports etc.
Further to prove my point was the screenshots of Chats with Netflix Customer Support.
Even if we consider that my friends' intentionally woke up in the middle of their respective nights, just to change email, delete OTP and then complain about it, how come Netflix support had no track / record about it?
Based on the uploaded screenshots, you can notice my friend1 had the Netflix on their email for ABOUT 5 HOURS after which they received the "email change" at exactly 04:55 AM their early morning time.
In fact, when contacted NF Support, my friend clearly mentioned that they did not authorize the email change and that they did not receive any OTP for the email change as well.
To which NF had to say "There was no Netflix linked to your email" in the first place.
Instead, they asked "the mode of payment" for verification purposes which also the Seller refused to give.
But, paying 60$ for a service that did not last even 30 minutes is not something you expect.
Thanks and good day!
