I am looking for the best PC screen that can cause the minimal to almost no eye strain , with all lthe required eye protection filters etc.
Do you have any suggestion ? I dont care about the price , i can buy it however it costs up to 500+-$.
I was thinking about this one :

For minimizing eye strain, it is important to consider certain features in a monitor such as low blue light, flicker-free backlight, anti-glare screen, and good color accuracy. Based on these factors, I would suggest the following monitors:
- Dell UltraSharp U2720Q 27 inch 4K USB-C Monitor - This monitor has an anti-glare screen, low blue light mode, and excellent color accuracy.
- BenQ GW2270 Eye-Care 22 inch Full HD Monitor - This monitor has a flicker-free backlight, low blue light, and anti-glare screen, which makes it suitable for prolonged use.
- Acer R240HY bidx 23.8-Inch IPS HDMI DVI VGA (1920 x 1080) Widescreen Monitor - This monitor has an anti-glare screen, low blue light, and good color accuracy, making it a good option for reducing eye strain.
All of these monitors are well-regarded for their eye protection features and offer good performance. However, it's important to consider your specific needs and preferences, as well as the other hardware and software you use, when choosing a monitor.
