Additional Information: Hello, seller can't fix my Spotify family for more than 3 days now. He was provided with all relevant info and is postponing it by claiming the password is wrong. Also, this account died also 1 month ago and seller was informed that it's supposed to run for 4 more months, however he charged the card with enough money just for 1 month.

well , customer changed email address which against rules and while asking for replacement he given wrong password , because of christmas i was busy its common to expect delay in reply , but fine , provide your address will refund partially. @frederikf

he keep saying its correct pass, look like he is drunk , he keep sending me wrong password and want to fix that acc without entering into acc LOL. but its fine , as of checking 2.5 Months warranty left , will refund for it , waiting for customer send me his crypto address.
