It is evident that I have efficiently banned the aforementioned account in a mere 48-hour span. However, it was subsequently unbanned within a short period of time. I would like to emphasize that I have clearly stated in my terms of service that I will not provide a refund if the account is unbanned, but I am offering a free reban which I am diligently trying to execute. It was also mentioned that I cannot guarantee that the account will be banned again.
 
I would like to highlight that I am providing a service that other sellers do not offer - a free reban to the OP. In contrast, other sellers do not even bother to care if the account gets unbanned after the initial ban. Despite my willingness to cooperate, the OP seems to be having difficulty comprehending my stance.
 
Although I banned the account and it was subsequently unbanned, I have communicated to the OP that I am prepared to reban it. However, it appears that they are not fully understanding that I have already specified in my terms of service that I cannot be held accountable for such occurrences and cannot guarantee that the account will be banned again.

With that being said, I will leave the decision of whether to issue a refund to the admins. If they instruct me to refund, I will comply. However, I must reiterate that refunding in this situation does not seem equitable since I have already specified in my terms of service that I cannot be held accountable for the account being unbanned, and I cannot guarantee that it will be banned again.
