After SEVERAL pages of back and forth, he never once said "yeah, it's the same method dude", so as staff can see throughout the chat logs, I was poking and prodding to see if this method was the one I already had. Even so, after all the messages we talked about, I told him "Ok i'm going to buy the method, but if it's the same method that I was asking you in this chat, I'm gonna request for a refund." He approved, said nothing, and allowed me to pay the $118 BTC. Come to find out his ebook is literally 6 sentences and is the EXACT same method that is PUBLICLY AVAILABLE after 30 SECONDS of looking it up. Dude pulled a scummy move and denied the refund. This is 100% a scam.
TL;DR - User sold me public info/methods that I already knew, and even proved to him that I knew that particular method over chat BEFORE even buying "his" method. He never said that it was the same method, and allowed me to buy the ebook even though it was exactly what I told him in chat previously. Refuses to refund. Dudes a scammer

sorry for posting here but this method is100% a public method it's so basic i'd even feel bad calling it one. you can find this with a single google search
The shitty part is I literally explained the WHOLE method to him before buying, and he kept denying it was the method, etc.
But lo and behold, I buy the ebook, and it LITERALLY seems like he TYPED OUT THE METHOD while I was EXPLAINING IT TO HIM.
THAT'S how ON POINT I was, and he denies refunding me

I understand that you aren't a very smart person, but how could you possibly think that I would ever exit scam for a hundred dollars, or that I'm the same person as @Mastarb.

I don't know why you would feel the need to resort to insulting me when what I'm asking for is very simple.
You are selling public methods; Methods I already had; When confirmed that it was the same methods, you refuse to refund.
In what world do you think this is acceptable behavior for a member of this forum, or even in general life?

Hey ik i cant type in here but I can confirm that @Alioz and @MasterB Arent the same person I have heard their voices Both and they are different feom each other.
The op, @Bufella clearly knew what he was getting as we spoke on telegram and I've explained to him how the ebook works. Besides that, even Ryze made in his vouch review a brief explanation of the ebook.
So the statement that he did not know what he was getting is false.
Some of the ideas from the ebook are indeed public, and that's because stake is obviously a public website that can be used by anybody. The main method that was included in the ebook involved abusing one of stake's games to get a lot of money wagered very quickly. A game that is public as well and can be played by anybody. However, that does not make the ebook public. According to his logic, most of the ewhoring, cracking, refunding ebooks are public as well.
Let's use bob's refunding ebook as an example. Sorry for having to do that but this is the only way the op will understand what I mean. So some of the refunding methods that are included in his ebook, such as dna, eb, peb, ftid, are public as well. Therefore, using your logic, he's selling a public ebook right? No. Because he has also added his own tricks, and ways to do things in the method, and that's what makes it unique. And so did I. I've included my own ways to get to the desired wager faster and to minimize the loss as much as possible.
I personally consider this deal dispute invalid. If any moderator would like to take a look at the ebook please send me a direct message here, or on telegram.

Regardless, you are using a strawmans argument. The whole point is IN THE CHAT LOGS, i literally specified that i know certain methods, because the methods I know are public info — you still continued to allow me to buy the book, then refuse a refund on the premise of “you knew what you were getting into”

In relation to all of this, you sold me a method I already know. Because its public. Not only that, you never confirmed that the method I was explaining to you, was or was not the same method you are selling, and i told you multiple times i was on my way to buy it and you never said “HEY, WAIT, ITS THE SAME METHOD”. You waited for me to buy it, tell you its the same method i have, as well as it being public for you to say “sorry, u know what u were getting into”.
If you wanna talk about examples, i can give you the example of both me and Cyberpvnk — we both were selling refunding methods that are considered public (DNA, EB, FTID), with an additional MENTORSHIP, so not ONLY methods, and we were DWC’d and warned not to sell public methods.
This is a public method you are selling, AS WELL AS no mentorship included.
and for the final piece of comedy to add to this — you “added your own personal twist for wagering” — no you did not. The same wager strategy i told you in the chat (again, BEFORE even buying your book) is the SAME EXACT wagering strategy. It’s not yours, its not a “personal twist”, everybody in the game does it, and you’re blatantly lying if you think any of the 6 sentences in your pdf are personalized, private, unsaturated, or by any other means not public info.
