Discord lately started terming not only the owner's account but also the accounts of people directly involved into the server's management in case they were posting stuff that breaks the ToS.

I can confirm that this is not true. They ban the server +  sometimes the admins/staffs too. (my server + main acc + alt acc got banned). Fuck Discord and make Telegram.

Yeah that's what I meant, my advice was referring to keeping your main account "out" of ToS breaking actions (even a single message can get you termed) and instead use an alt which will end up being a burner account which you shouldn't worry much about it getting termed.
