Im smoking daily 3-5g since november and i realy builded like a mid strong tier tolerance,nothing kicks in normaly compared to my tolerance where it was in februar. I do see im addicted ass hell ,but i cant even hold myself to not smoke for 4-5 hours,is there any way to lower my tolerance a bit so i can have more sober time so i can take weekly breaks or smth. I heard of some detox drinks can help but i have no experience with it. Anyone ideas?
