Hello Friends! I recenty watch Overlord the anime!
great anime I must say but I now wish to have
a game like that! I know not a virtual reality game!

A mmo or RPG! Where I can custom my character anyway [possible] and have guild and such!

please recommend me! I recently buy ESO how is that?

maybe you can try Black Desert Online, that has tons of customisations, you can also become landlord, merchant, etc...
as of ESO, its mostly an action driven mmo, BDO is mostly slice-of-life imo
both games offer great customisation aswell
