Looking for running projects with a big userbase as for example bakedbeans had. 

If someone is into this, would appreciate if you leave some sites (+ small guide about it would be great) on this thread.

I know there are a few blogs that keep track of paying HYIPs. Problem is, most of these blogs are affiliated with the HYIPs they suggest. My suggestion would be to stay away from ponzi schemes and find a safer way to make money.
