Frankly i never used keyauth for the auth. it was an auth called cryptlex which i haven’t gotten fixed and won’t be fixed. In the screenshot u provided i said “gonna change to keyauth ig” meaning i never used it at all. Next time read the screenshots you are providing before sending them to back up a false claim.

yes captive is my partner, but the deal wasn't even connected to me or the shop we run together in any way, it was captive's old redeemer when he use to run his own shop (without me)

maybe I wouldn't have to assume things if you made the report on the guy in the deal, or maybe provide screenshots of you purchasing it or literally just any proof at the start when you made the DD
can you try to imagine what it's like trying to defend something that you aren't apart of or even know anything about what happened in the deal? it's basically impossible to get it all right

and if scam reports were "too serious" then you would be banned considering you have over 20 on your name/brand

next time make the DD on the person that was in the deal, not some random guy

I said OPENED scam reports, not some that are already-closed & solved. We are a big platform, of course we will have a few customers having issues with us but we always solve them.

You are 100% part of the redeemer deal. You can't just say "I'm not part of the redeemer deal". You're just saying this because you've already been paid for it and now we're here asking for a refund with proof. It should be noted that in the same way WE PAY YOU, not CAPTIVE on the redeemer, and I have proof of this. You are 100% part of the redeemer, don't try to excuse yourself.

Dumbass, you cannot decide if you was or not on the deal. My proof proves that you were in the deal. Don't try to say "I was not in the deal, please make a scam report against Captive" just because you don't want to refund us our $142,50 USD and want to get away with it. Don't try to act smart with us, we have enough proof that proves every single of my words. You've been fighting to receive redeemer's money, you've received it, NOT CAPTIVE. You agreed on a deal, NOT CAPTIVE (if you can't update the redeemer within 7 days = full refund, 7 days have passed and I contacted you and all you did was ghosting me).
You're now trying to get away of all of this just because you already have received the money and you don't want to refund our money. This won't happen, we have proof of every single thing.
