@lunacy I have looked thought the evidence again. Since the tool did not work. Which is supported from both of your guys points. (These points are supported from seller and buyer points. Even as well as CRY MM which you guys had used). Even after the 7 days expired the tool was not fixed. Refund him the $150 within 24 hours.

we used a staff member from another forum to make a deal, pitcher is banned from that forum for scamming, he’s banned off many forums for scamming
i did not do this deal with pitcher, my partner did, if someone says something isn’t working and they go to me, I just try to find a solution so I made up that deal as I don’t want any DDS on me for a long time (Note: I did not make the tool neither did have access to him and I was not involved in the deal when pitcher was buying it)
after making that deal I was informed by my partner that the tool was working, pitcher has yet to provide any proof of it not working, instead he just says it doesn’t
Let’s say that pitcher was right and the tool does not work, why isn’t he providing proof of it not working?

It's incredible how you try to accuse me of "scamming hundreds of people" just to try to win a scam report. Please provide me with evidence of me scamming a single dollar. I haven't scammed a single dollar, and that's the reason I am still on Cracked. IF someone was scammed by me, by common sense that person would open a scam report against me on Cracked, right? Use common sense my boy and stop worrying about other people's lives and start focusing on yourself.

If your intentions aren’t to scam then after selling 100s of Spotify plans in spotygrader and after all of them being revoked why did you
1: delete the cracked thread
2: turn the website offline
3: remove your discord’s vanity url so people can’t rejoin
it’s in a way indirectly scamming, you know that anybody that bought Spotify premium and left your server after won’t be able to find you again from how many things you’ve deleted
anyone that wants to either, make a DD, contact you, join the server or even find the service website, get a refund or even just get their Spotify premium plan back can’t because you’ve gotten rid of everything

- We haven't kicked/banned anyone from the SpotyGrader server, our server hasn't been deleted. If we wanted to get rid of all the evidence, simply as taking the website down & completely DELETE the discord server, don't you think? Easy as that.
We are just non operating at the moment, and that is. We aren't scamming. If we were scamming would be easier as just continue with the website UP & RUNNING receiving sales every single day & get a lot of money every-day, but we aren't, that's why we have completely taken down the website.

Don't try to get excuses about "why has been delayed" we have been wating already for 60+ days for an update and no update has been received, we are done.
