Scam Report @Eveng1963

Eveng Claims in the original deal dispute that got me banned for weeks that I did not refund him.  In his OWN screen recording found here: https://cracked.io/Thread-Scam-Report-UZI you can see my refund in his account. Essentially, his revolut got banned and his funds got locked, including the refund I sent him. He was unable to withdraw the money I refunded to him. His revolut being banned is not my responsibility, it happeend from his own activity which he accepted. Below is the screenshot taken from his screen-recording:

It is blurry, however if you zoom in, you can clearly see it says "Zahlung von Transferwise ruckgungig" which is German and translates to "Payment refunded by Wise." in English.

There are 5 other highly reputable exchangers who had access to this ticket that I did refund him. Now "Eveng" has archived the video because his own proof proved that I actually completed my side of the deal and I was falsely banned, the staff member that banned me did not bother to even look at the proof and banned me for being away and not being able to respond. After weeks of personally messaging the staff proof that he was refunded.

@Liars banned me for being away and not responding in 24 hours. It has been over 24 hours without a response from EvenG. BAN.

Hello, short and sweet: I have Liar yesterday already replied to his private message because of the video that I'm currently on vacation until 20.07 and I was just told by another Cracked Member that I have a scam report open, since I ask myself the question who or what should I have scammed if I have sent money and me 100 € of my Revolut disappeared. 

Uzi says: "Essentially, his revolut got banned and his funds got locked, including the refund I sent him."

The money has since never arrived back on my Revolut, but I told him that before the scam reports on my part several times and he wanted to check and deal with the support that the money never arrived back on my Revolut is to see on the video. And not such nonsense as "he is not able to withdraw the money from his Revolut" I have already sent over 6 digits of Revoluts, we are probably talking past each other. I told you but several times whether Revolut or any other account is blocked an account SEPA transfers are automatically reversed, your Exchanger in Discord said but even that it is apparently in a transit, I asked at Revolut and the recipient of the Wise account can only fix my hands are tied, you wanted to do what never happened that's why the scam reports arose on my part.

And I have no video "Archived" the video I let Liar again come on 20.07 as soon as I'm back from vacation and on my work computer, I have Liar but already written on 19.06.

You claim "the money has since never arrived back on my Revolut" although your screen-recording shows my refund in your account. I did not accept your payment in the first place. Please forward Liars a bank statement to support your claims.

I am more than happy to forward @Liars the bank statements for this period of time from the official Wise support email address to support the fact that your payment was not accepted by me. Five other extremely reputable exchangers had access to this ticket and saw I refunded you, and then your revolut got locked. They would not be exchanging in my discord if I they had seen me scam you or anyone else. I have spent thousands promoting my exchange thread on this forum alone. I would not even attempt to scam anyone, and there has not been a single dispute on me across 5 major marketplaces for 6 years. I have no reason to keep your 100 euros.

What you need to do is call revolut. Don't speak to their chat support. Call them and speak to a real person to get an accurate update on where your funds are. Your payment and your account was flagged on my end, and you know I did not accept your payment in the first place. It was cancelled.

I was given no leniency for being away. This deal happened months ago.

Am I really speaking a different language? When an account is closed, whether it is Revolut, Wise or any other account, the money is automatically returned to the recipient and that was your Wise account. Everyone who works with Revolut knows that payments that come in are automatically returned to the recipient, in this case the Wise account. On the screenshot it also says "reversed" I did not have the opportunity to receive the payment back to my account then the matter would be settled for me. 

The whole thing is just going in circles here, I would like to enjoy my vacation. As already said you have not accepted the payment, ok understood. When the refund was made from your Wise to my Revolut, my Revolut was blocked in time, on the screenshot of you which comes from me you can also see that the payments were "reversed" by Revolut itself. Since I come from Germany and only use a translator, it is also not possible for me to call there if I do not know the English language. I've asked you in your Discord back then often to ask at Wise they also have a support you wanted to ask several times never became of it what I was only ignored and your Exchanger have drawn it into ridicule and made fun of me.  

And the business is not months ago, as I said I am on 20.07 back home from vacation, I hope that I still have access to my Revolut since Revolut gives 60 days to clear the account after it is closed ie you also have no access to it. I guess it will be the case then. I can still submit the video as soon as I am back home.

@uzi I've always tried to clarify with you in the quiet days I've been waiting for answers from you in Discord what has dragged on for weeks. No answer and insight from you. Maybe you would be so nice and just ask at Wise Support where the 100€ are gone, because they hang as your Exchanger already said apparently in transit. 

I wish now a successful time, I would like to enjoy my vacation and I'll get back on 20.07 to word and let Liar the video come and if I still have access to the Revolut what I doubt since the 60 days will already be around.

I have not received this "reversal" back into my account. I have the PDF statements to prove this, which I will happily forward to Liars, when you confirm with him the exact date of the deal. When you are back, forward Liars the bank statements to prove the status of the funds.

You were always responded to in the Discord for 1-2 weeks after the deal. I made it very clear after this point that I was away on my Discord, and therefore you weren't responded to promptly after this period. I had contacted Wise support, and as I cancelled the payment, they cannot tell me the status of the funds, apart from the fact it was cancelled and returned to you. You were never ignored.

My exchangers only resorted to getting involved, as I was away and after weeks of telling you the same thing: I had cancelled your payment, which you accept. The payment was returned to you, which you accept. Your revolut got banned, which you accept. And I did not receive your "reversal" of 100 Euros. I have no reason to drag this out for months over 100 euros. These highly reputable exchangers had access to and witnessed the entire deal take place.

Enjoy your vacation. I look forward to getting this resolved once and for all when you are back.

if a refund is issued it will return to the sender no matter what, even if your account is banned once the refund is issued you'll still get it back into your balance. Since your using revolut I'm assuming they will let you cashout even if it's banned.

Just my two cents here
