I'm trying to get a replace for my dead GC for over a week now, first i talked to the support who told me after days of waiting i should write datatouch.
Now i'm waiting for a respond from datatouch for 5 days, vacation or not if he's able to write here and on telegram hes able to either replace or refund.
I can send proof that the cards aren't working to a Admin because i don't want to edit 31 pictures.
