Additional Information: The user gave me a limited Paypal account while the opposite was promised. Honestly, 25$ isn't much but it'll increase if it's not addressed he'll go from 25 to 50 to 1000, etc u get the point, and I don't really want other people getting scammed by this dude. Also, the guy "Sythe" is one of his staff members but it can be him on an alt account, not sure.
