Additional Information: I used their exchange service, https://i.ibb.co/LZsGG1P/image.png < heres their CUSTOM TOS that you have to agree to before starting an exchange, it says send through f&f, now in all my career (ive been exchanging since start of the forum) i have always had to sent through f&f and we all consider it as common sense to send as f&f as thats how everyone takes payment I did not find it important to click here https://i.ibb.co/3z9wCFN/image.png cause i knew its gonna be the same process as it is with every exchanger right? to simply just send thorugh F&F and why would i know how to do that? (mind you it was my customer who sent payment << which i did tell them, and i made sure he sent thru f&f and he also MENTIONED IN the NOTE OF THE PAYMENT ''friends''), i did that and now apparently you have to turn YOUR BANK BALANCE into some ''NORMAL BALANCE'' shit too and send THAT through f&f, now if they have some different bullshit than other exchanger why dont they CLEARLY WRITE their instructions on the TOS themselves as their process is a bit different, i guess its just a way to nab money, i politely then asked the seller to refund and theyve refused to do so and closed the ticket as they have some ISSUE on their PayPal that wont allow them to refund even though they are professionals who exchange 1k a day lol, as much as i say it is my fault for still not clicking on that small fucking button it is a bigger fault on their end that their paypal cant refund and would just nab your money as well as that their process is different than ANY exchanger ive worked with and requires some converting your money into some called balance and then sending as f&f.
I either want my money in crypto or want the refund on paypal.
