Crypto balance (stolen or lost by sellix?)
Has anyone ever had an issue with sellix where a user has "paid" for example with LTC but on sellix it will say "Cancelled" even though his TXID has confirmed
I understand if a user has "missed" gateway but where the fuck would the funds go ??? surely staff have access to this via TXID and in some cases might even need to refund but how can they not refund his money ?????

Example:
[Image: N5xVC1C.png] (customer paid LTC)

TransID (from customer): 6168bc2d20379e7d94bc27b412b4caa18409f21ac1c8630979ea33ac43b45a00

Now "sketchy shit" / "scummy side":
So why can sellix not refund my client ?
Why can they not accept / sort it out surely its gone to their address so do they just steal this crypto ???

Sellix repsonse (for this matter)
Quote:Stefan profile Hello did! I'm Stefan with Sellix support. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. After further investigating the invoice you've provided, we can confirm this transaction has already been used on another invoice. This means your payment was either sent or confirmed too late, resulting in it not being recognized by our payment system. To avoid this in the future, we highly suggest you send the payment as soon as possible, and with enough fees to make sure your transactions get confirmed within the payment window. All of our cryptocurrency orders have a 30-minute payment window, in which the payment must have been sent. We also allow up to 12 hours for the transaction to reach enough confirmations. If this does not happen, the invoice will get cancelled and your payment might be assigned to another invoice. Our payment system is fully automatic, meaning we have no control over this feature. That being said, we are unable to issue you a refund - as we did not receive your payment in the first place. Although complications like these are possible, this feature is very useful as it lowers the transaction fees to a great extent - resulting in sellers receiving a higher amount of profits. Besides, a 30-minute payment window is more than enough time for your transaction to get enough confirmations - as providers like Coinbase or Bitrefill allow up to 15 minutes only. This applies to ETH, BNB, TRX, USDT and USDC cryptocurrencies only, meaning the payment with these cryptocurrencies is lost only if it has been used for another invoice. If your invoice was paid using another cryptocurrency, the transaction has been sent directly to the seller's receiving address - meaning the amount is not lost, even if it could have been used for another invoice. We are very sorry for any loss you might've had with this order. However, we suggest you use this information to your advantage in order to make sure such issues do not happen again in the future. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns, and we will make sure to rectify them immediately. Kind regards.
