I haven't uninstalled his service yet. He didn't tell me about any problems. I can give him 1 day or 1 week is ok. But he's totally lying. Sir, I am giving free proxy to people. Why should I steal his 1 hour :) I sent him a notification with 2 hours left until the end of his service. And the IP address was still not removed from the system. And of course it can give - or + vouch. But sir, I absolutely do not accept false vouchers.

I agree with that. Because Paypal name is completely different. A stolen account is suspected. But that doesn't concern me.
