Failed my refund, tried to use me to call to get the refund myself after he boxed them. I had no idea what to say to the reps.

I have no chance of returning the items because of this failure. First he tried DNA which failed, then boxed them which I paid for the label. I made sure to ask for weight and everything prior to purchasing the label but he told me to under declare the weight which caused problems.

At this point I've pushed so hard with the CS reps that I've already shipped the items back and it's recorded on a call way past the shipment date that I can't return it so I've sucked it up and opened it to use.

This order was for Amazon.

Overall, would probably not use him again unfortunately.
