Anyone done refunds with this guy lately? Slightly interested but received a pretty rude/nonchalant response to my very legit questions (facepalm emote etc) so that just gives me a bad overall vibe in terms of making business with someone who has no hesitation in insulting a new potential customer

There are plenty of refunders who doesn't act up like little children to chose from. This guy can probably do refunds but the way he acts shows he's mentally at the age of sub 18, and when you do business like this you really want to do it with someone who has the mental stability of an adult.

(Vertex literally added me to interrogate me on streamate methods pretending to wanting to buy accs and got pissed when i wouldn't answer. Just look him up and how intense and extreme he is in making money and selling. if he is a consumer and buy porn accs from people on a regular basis I will chop my balls off, record it , write my nickname on them and upload the video here. I.e it's not even unlikely, it's impossible.)
