Timo has been last online on 13 May, 2022 - 02:24 PM, give him some time to answer. Also, if you knew you would need access to an exchange beforehand, there are plenty that work in the US and it's your fault you can't set one up.

First of all, yes i did not respond to your last message, apologies for that, simply read over it.

@Liars all my arguments are basically in the discord messages, kudos to OP for posting the full chat as it basically explains my point of view.
Basically OP bought a indicator that is used on tradingview.
It's a tool for trading.
Of course you need access to an exchange, i assume all my customers already have access to an exchange before buying our service, as it's a tool used to trade.
There are a couple of options OP could have used here (as there are many USA customers in our discord), one example being Kucoin, another one being Bybit with VPN.

Then my second point.
You can clearly read here he agreed that he could use Kucoin for example:


Then there is a gap of a full month between the messages.
There was no indication from he's side that he needed help at all (after i helped him the first time), otherwise i would have helped him.
He messages me at the END OF THE MONTH (he's indicator was due to expire within 24 hours or was already expired EDIT: was already expired for over a month) that he wants the money back.
There are no messages in between of him having trouble.
Again: He sends me a message that he has trouble, i help him, then a full 2 months later when he's product already expired over a month ago he messages me again he wants he's money back because he never solved the issue.

I tried to help you, i stayed polite through all of the conversation, i offered you a free month because you got clipped the first time you tried to buy it (which is not my fault yet i offered you a full free month which if you want i can still give you), and now you close this deal dispute with a "fuck you".
You can use this product in the USA, since you can open tradingview.
We sell a indicator for tradingview.
The exchange part is your own responsibility.
And even then there are PLENTY of options.


TL;DR
OP asked for help, i helped him.
Then when he's product ran out (a month later) he messaged me again that he didn't solve it (a issue non related to the indicator itself) and want he's money back.


EDIT: Oh it's even worse then that.
OP bought on 16-03-2022 2:16:41, which means he's sub was to expire 31 days later, so on 16-04-2022, and he messaged me that he wants a refund on 14-05-2022.

And finally when I'm burnt out and overwhelmed by this, I ask you for a refund and you tell me...I don't deserve one, because I should've done my research? Because you casually spoke 2-3 sentences to me in your fucking screen shots lmao

You sell a product with no forewarning about the nightmares of dealing with a ban and because you don't advertise users having to pre research potential ban conflicts with the United States and not being issued refunds if they struggle to use the product in the usa.. you have to return my money..


You were irresponsible advertising this and not including that disclaimer do you have any idea how much money I've lost dealing with this god damn shit show you made me endure?

You seem to think that, you don't have to be responsible for setting me up for this catastrophic experience and then providing me negligible support to deal with it.

We've advanced our discussion ending in me saying - 

I don't want your charity Timo - i want my money back for having to deal with something i didn't sign up for because i didn't know - because you didn't advertise about it and you don't want to be responsible for it, you want to say i should've known i should've researched this, but the only thing that matters is did you advertise people that, did you put it in your refund policy that people should do that or no refund. These are the things that matter to the mods.
