[VPN]Best VPN with static port forwarding

As the title says, which VPN with static port forwarding could you recommend? I wish PIA had an option to keep a static port forwarded at all times, but according to them - this is not possible since they don't keep logs. TorGuard on the other hand, offers this, and also states that they do not keep logs. Any experience with TorGuard? They also offer a dedicated IP which i would also (kinda) need.  heyguys

Unblock vpn has been the best to be honest but since yesterday it stopped working it never happened before maybe they will fix it 
but all you just need is connect bingo
