Nah this isn't a violation of the terms of this site. 

The advertised site is a spamming site (as you have realized already). So the goal of the site is to spam sites to gather login details (yes, among other things from bank sites).
And that's it, no more and no less. What you do with those logs is up to you (you can resell them or use them to card).

Same with Neflix Accounts: You can use them yourself, resell them or possibly use them to card (by SE'ing the customer service for bank details - just an exaggerated example - or to use the login details of the Netflix Account to check on other sites where the bank/cc details are directly connected to which means that you can see the bank/cc data directly and are not censored as with Netflix).

Who do you think you are in writing here, what the admin can sell or not? Can you not care if he sells it or not, right?
Btw, with the bank account I meant going under settings in the Neflix Account and seeing there the (censored) details about the cc. And no, reselling isn't direct carding. 
Believe me you newbie, if something like this was a direct carding, then many services would be banned here. Go crack your combo lists instead of opening another thread that will end up in the category "Denied Suggestions" like many of your suggestions here.
