I'm writing to you because I have a problem and I need your help.
I work as an athletic trainer for the swim team at my school and I'm always looking for ways to help my athletes get better in their races. I've been working on a program that would get them more vertical jump power and explode when they're jumping. It's going great, but the only problem is that it's only working on maybe 1/3 of the athletes who try it out (the other 2/3 don't see any benefits).
