Terms of service - 2022
1. Respect the community
Be polite and respectful since toxicity is not allowed.
2. No abandoning the project
Once the work has started your no longer allowed to cancel it. Doing so will result on a profile report which will lead to permament ban.
3. Payment up-front (50%)
Designing takes a considerable amount of time. In order to reduce the risk of abandoning the project, we're required to ask for 50% of the payment up-front.
4. Small touch-ups can be made
Once the deed has been submitted and you claim it is good, there can't be any changes. (Requesting so will result in a extra fee).
5. We don't do refunds
No refunds will be given after the payment is completed.
