I'm not a troll, i saw this forum recently and i dont understand few things. I saw a shop that sells serial numbers for products and there is wrote ,,Don't buy if You dont know what SE means" and ,,Im not responsible if you fail your SE!". That means you need to use that purchased serial number combined with your own social engineering attack.

Honestly I couldn't figure it out for the longest time, ppl selling SEing Western Digital and shit like that and im like wtf is that??? But like others have said it means Social Engineering
