What is XSS/LFI/RFI? is it good? how do i use it?

i use sqli dumper and i have a lot of LFI/RFI/XSS type urls and i dont know if it can do anything

LFI (Local File Inclusion), RFI (Remote File Inclusion), and XSS (Cross-Site Scripting) are web security vulnerabilities.
