What's truly better for gaming PC or Consoles?

Not sure man, for the price of a PS4 you won't get a PC that can hold up to it so I'd say it depends.
For overall usability definitely PC, but there are some really great console exclusives out there... I personally own both.

I mean it depends on what kind of game, anything shooter related is gonna be better with PC because you can aim faster with mouse but flying jets / helis in any game is gonna be better with a controller.
