Some of those store banner gif ads look really nice, I was wondering how people made them. I'm guessing after effects? Here's some pictures to make up for the terrible explanations:

Hi there, if you want to make a gif, you can use a video recoder. The screen recorder which i'm using is RecMaster and you can select the GIF video format. And if you want to make a nice ad banner, you can use some video editor such as Lightworks, Shotcut, and  HitFilm Express. Adding some picture filters and transition effects will make it look pretty.
